Does anyone know how to do this? I enabled coolbits option 5 in xorg.conf, but that doesn't enable overclocking.

It fluctuates between 31 and 43 idle on boot-up. Is this odd at all? What temperatures are everyone else getting? My old Zotac 460GTX 768MB get a constant 36, so I find this odd.
