ok so i want to buy a 19" widescreen monitor but i dont know if my ATI X1600 is up to the resolution the monitor is wanting 1440 x 900 i cant find that rez on my catalyst program thingy any ideas?

Ive been told to turn my pagefile off because they slow your pc down, so i did. only to notice after running my pc 4 a short while that windows says that its low on virtual memory and my programs stop responding any ideas folkees?

i have corsair 2gb twin x ram ddr500 i have been trying to overclock it but its not having any of it, any ideas?
