i had to send my psu to corsair for replacement but they sent it back with an eu plug instead of a uk 3 pin, anyone know a website i can buy a uk psu power cable/plug?, also i was told it has to be "16 gauge"

not sure if im posting in the right section but i need some help please, for a while now when i press the switch at the wall socket the pc made a kind of "popping electric noise" for a split second but i've just been ignoring it, so a few days ago i took the graphics card out of the motherboard...

is it ok to format a hdd if it is listed as "system" in computer management. my OS is on a different drive.

i want to build a new gaming rig, i'm thinking to get a z68 chipset...anyone have a suggestion to which i should choose? budget is around £150 for the mobo.
