The inboard graphics for the motherboard I'm working on aren't working, I used one monitor and got to a system restor screen(all be it only half on the screen). But now the damn thing won't display at all and I'm getting the old 'no support' on the monitor, any ideas?

Trying to fix a friends PC and his graphics card is semi working, the screen is flashing green constantly and boots up but displays 'no support' after trying to log in. Is the card useless or is there anything I can do to save it?
