How is the input lag on these monitors. I have read good reviews and bad ones. i currently own the AOC 23" TN panel.

How will this perform?? Room temperatures always 29 degrees celsius in the day and i want a mild OC of 4ghz.

is this necessary??? like disabling superfetch, pagefile,?? I disable defrag and hibernation.

I am getting the asus p8z77-v and the gigabyte z77 UD3H for the same price where i am from... I have seen mixed reviews on both boards and am confused as to which to pick. I will be running a 3570k and water cooling in a few months.
