i have a set of skull candy headphones. My computer use to pick up my headphones but now it does not please help.

I am looking for a budget gaming case with 3.0 USB ports on the front and side window. My budget is maxed at 80$.

I am looking to get a sound card for my rig to create a 5.1 sound system with some existing speakers. I however am only looking to spend 20$-60$. I have no idea where to start so all help is appreciated.
