hello. do u guys know what is the safe voltage on Ring Bus on 4790k. some people say 1.15 is max for 24/7 use some say 1.25 is max safe. thank u my mobo is Evga Z97 Classified. cpu speed for now at 4,8 ghz. Vcore is 1.27V and Ring bus is at 1.24V

i run 930 at 4 GHz and i am thinking to upgrade to 990x and overclock it to 4.6 GHz, will i see big difference in games, winrar, video converting? thanks
