Hey guys. So my Sapphire Vapor X 7950 started making a electrical buzzing noise ( NOT coil whine) when it is under stress. Is this normal? I already swapped out the psu and gpu but its definitely the gpu. It's not that loud but I can hear it over the fans. Thanks
