so i built my pc a few months ago and its been running 100% except for 1 thing i have some Kingston grey series RAM (2x4GB) 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 1.65v i cant get it to run at its rated speed at those speeds it failed blend (CPU at stock) how should i go about fixing this?

if you set it to record 30fps and you game runs less the 60 (lets say 50fps-55fps) itll lock the framerate to 30 and wont unlock it even if you look at the sky (150+ fps) yet if i set it to record to 60fps it wont lock it to anything but 60 at times.....but ill get anywhere form 45-60 fps...

so i noticed when im recording to it with fraps it tends to lag a bit reinstalled fraps havent tested it but what i did do is download hdtune and this is what i get every few seconds it dips! i dont have any data on it luckily so what should i do? is it RMA time? EDIT: tried recording...

so yea when i first enter that first game in bfbc2 theres always this short freeze and it stays frozen until my external usb 2.0 hdd spins up so i turned it off and restarted game to see what happens still freezes but this time for only like 1 second any ideas?
