I'm having a weird problem with my computer since I've installed a new XFX 4870. Basically I turn on the computer and all the fans start like normal.. then 2 seconds later all the fans (cpu, gpu, case fans etc.) stop and then start back up again and the computer doesnt seem to post or display...
