Would putting 2 200mm CM Megaflow fans on top of my HAF X be better than 2 120mm Corsair SP120s fans when I have the H100i mounted below?

I have a HAF X case and plan to put a H100i in it with some Corsair SP120s pulling air through. Will I need any additional screws outside of the ones Corsair includes?

If my rig has a 240GB boot SSD and a 1TB mass storage HDD, would I be able to take a 1.5TB HDD and RAID is so that it mirrors the information on both the SSD and mass storage HDD? Effectively an automatic back-up drive? Or would I have to buy two separate drives?
