I have a 100mV undervolted 2500k and a undervolted 7950 with good Asic (starting voltage according MSI AB is 993mV). Now could I run these things from a 120mm 45mm thick radiator? obviously looking at Push/Pull on radiator... Not sure yet how much the 7950 can undervolt, my guess is 900-950mV...

The benchmark I'm getting really low fps on three 7950, gpu load 20-30%, CPU load 60-70% on cores. I guess some of it is beacause badly optimized, BF3 I get close to 100% CPU/GPU load and 144fps+ XL2411t 144hz TN

I want to replace my PSU fan, however the new fan is way too high rpm at 12v. I wonder if it's possible put a resistor between Fan and PSU? I know this can be done for motherboard, not sure about PSU?

I will drill some hole to mount a external radiator, the radiator uses M3 holes and M3 screws. So is M3 3mm screw? Does that mean I should use a 3mm drill bit?
