Hello, I have a problem with CPU spike lagg. When I play BF4, or some other games, I have seriuos spike lag on CPU. First I tried to reformat my HDD and install fresh windows 8.1 x64, that didn't helped, I tried then to unpark my CPU cores, that didn't help either. Tried to disable pagefile...
