Mate see if you can get yourself a 9070XT at or as close to MSRP as possible, I think you'll be quite happy with it.

It's more than likely a windows issue, try turning off auto hdr and see if that fixes it

Have a look at Centre Com as they seem to have some of the cheapest prices here in Aus.

If you're able to wait, then I'd wait a bit as there's an AMD refresh of boards, I know of MSI's Max series coming soon, so there'll probably be releases from all the other manufacturers too, as to when they're coming I'm not sure of, possibly in January when AMD announce their AM5 refresh, or...
