I am looking to overclock the new rig i'm building with iy 930, ddr3 2000 6gb, evga x58 sli classified. I was thinking of getting a mainboard waterblock, but not sure if its worth it to get the full mainboard block that does nb, sb, and vreg. Or a cheaper block that does just the nb/sb?

I was wondering about getting new ddr3 memory. I was either looking at ddr3 1600mhz at cas 6 latency or ddr3 2000 and like cas 8 or 9. Which would be faster?
