So I have a moderate overclock (4.5 ghz @ 1.168v) Manual/fixed voltage works fine but adaptive voltage goes up to 1.255 when gaming. It happens with offset on Auto, but even if I set offset to 0.001 it still happens. What am I doing wrong? :unsure: (I have the latest bios updates.)

So I decided to move to the promised land of wifi and bought an asus pce-ac wifi card. Since both pci-e 1x slots are just above and just below the graphics card I decided to put it in the middle pci-e x16 slot to not have the cards so insanely close to each other, which makes them run at 8x. It...

So I felt it was time for me to actually overclock my cpu. Got bsod at 4.0 GHz with 1.3625v but at 1.3750v it's stable, so I'm just above. Got to ~50c at the most running prime95 in one hour with noctua nh-u12p (1 fan) in an R4 case, and 30-34 idle, cool n' quiet is off. I'm going to run it...
