FSR4 is being added to SC although it's likely a few months out and VRAM shouldn't be an issue as the most I've seen in SC at 5120x2880 is a smidge under 20GB but the game should adapt to what you have available.

Will be interesting if a game doesn't use all 8 X3D cores of the 9950X3D, I wonder if an extra X3D CCD would make any difference.
