I had a 780i running my q6600 GO at 3.65GHz (8x multiplier) it was cooled by my galaxy 2 water kit. With a old dual channel 4gb Reaper HPC kit rated at 1066Mhz, 2.1V and Cas 5 (i tink), this was running at the advertised speed of 1066. I decided to go to custom watercooling in the process...

I basically had my q6600, evga 780i and 8800gts hooked up to a custom watercooling kit. 1st time turned it on instant short circuit remove the graphics card and the system runs, so replace graphics card new one goes in instant ff error on the motherboard, evga one rma can't find proof of purchse...

I hav just removed the stock heatsink of my vanilla eVGA 8800gts 512 (G92)to install the EK full cover block. I am having trouble sourceing correctly sized thermal pads as I threw the stock ones away. I believe pads should have come with the block but i bought it used, (block alone nufin else)...

What program can I use to load my gpu to 100% want to see temps (putting it under water want to measure temp drops), also a program to test the stability of a overclock? Ideally a program that does both but don't mind tbh. :D Oh and my gpu is an eVGA 8800gts 512mb G92 core Stock

Anyone know if i can mount this thing on the MCP (southbridge) of my Vanilla eVGA 780i, I am planning to run sli but both gfx will have full cover EK blocks (I hv heard the sli version may not do it)? Also I can buy stuff from the US (hav family comin over through August). Any help appreciated =]
