I got an i5 3570K on an AsRock Extreme 4 Mobo, The loadline calibration, on Level 5 (which i assume is the right one) just won't give me a constant Vcore while using OCCT. Any reason or suggestions to fix the problem?

Watching TTL video..again, but step by step..while on laptop, at the moment, i have jsut undervolted my i5 3570k to 1.1v, how long should i burn test for, and if stable..how small decreases should i do on the vcore?
