I've recently (a week ago) purchased an AX850 for my new build. However, I whenever I turn the computer, it starts to spin and then it stops suddenly and it makes a really bad like grinding. It also doesn't spin when I use my computer. I know that it doesn't spin up if it's lower than like 10%...
