I have a problem so ive got everything, cpu motherboard etc. So i need to get a i5 4670k to 4.0ghz and thats it but the trouble is that i hate the stock cooler, ive only got £20 so i need a cooler and saving isnt an option as i will not get money in a while so £20 is all i can spend on this...
