Hi guys. i've just cleaned my wc loop and now my I7 4790K @ 4.7 ghz : 1.3v. im getting 75 C. under load when gaming. its that normal? before cleaning my wc loop i thought that it hits so high temps because i need the "insertpin and the jet plate" so i did put both of them back in the CPU...
