Drivers for SB Live! 5.1 digital

Hiya guys.

I am moving to Vista soon(thanks to my dad)

And Want to still use my Soundblaster LIVE!, have creative made vista drivers yet?

Plus it is OEM so drivers are Uber rare. I can only get the ones on the driver disc to work with it. But the drivers are for WinXP.

Help? Thanks!

HAH no guking way man ... i just put vista on my dads dell it had an OEM live 5.1 as well --- the XP drivers work well

Bit off topic tox but if you are moving to vista you are getting another GB of ram right?

Not yet.. but in the future.. I have like no cash at the mo...

the XP drivers from dell 1 worked with the dell SB live ... so i dont see ne reason y the norms shld work for a norm as creative makes them all

(N.B. norm drivers dont like the dell treated soundcard)

Right, I have sound.

But I cannot get surround.. only stereo or mono... Anyone else get this problem?

try the creative mixer prog in the programfiles folder

or of course control panel >> sounds >> speaker setup >>5.1

Tried the second option.. but I can't get the programs from the disc to install.. I used windows to find the driver.
