Looks interesting

It reminds me of quake3 promode (nubmode) tho.

Something which basically noobified quake3 by adding fullbright skins, fast weap switch etc

I like some of the comments

edit: I just found a video on youtube -

It sounds like a good idea, bringing cs 1.6 speed etc to cs:source, but isn't the 1.6 netcode a lot better than cs:s

I guess the only improvement could be the speed. But then why change the maps and models etc

gameplay, visibility, FPS and to make each part of the map as skill dependent as possible

and to make it like 1.6, which is the main point of this mod

1.6 maps are different to source, diferent approach times etc, different angles to shoot at, spammable walls, different flash/smoke points

imo although 1.6 and source are both counterstrike games, there also completly diffrent lol, as dave sed its changed so much a simple map mod and a few other things wont do much to "convert" 1.6 players to source, which i thinks the aim, if u wana play 1.6 buy it, if u wana play source by that. lol

I agree with oxo, If you want to play 1.6 you would be playing it and If you want to play cs:s you would be playing it.

Shame it won't fix the netcode (the main thing I think needs fixing in cs:s)

I've seen so many people shoot at the floor and hit a headshot.

I can't wait until UT2k7 comes out. I can only hope that it's still got a competitive side to it as I found the netcode in previous UT's to be superb.
