Warhammer 40,000 MMORPG!?

I can't believe this!

Looks like Relic and THQ are looking at making a Warhammer 40k MMORPG, should be better than Warhammer Online

I loved that game - although it was too short and easy...

Hopefully this one will the the nuts!

erm, is this Warhammer online, or WAR as it`s been called of late.

Cos I`ve been receiving the newsletter for this for pfffft almost 6 months prehaps, actually maybe more.

I`d have to check my games inbox thingy cos I get a mail every month or so.

It's not Warhammer Online

Warhammer Online is Warhammer, not Warhammer 40,000.

Warhammer = Fantasy, swords and sorcery.

Warhammer 40k = Sci Fi, Tanks, big guns, lasers, robots and a bit or sorcery dabbled in.

Altho Warhammer Online looks pretty good tbh I think Warhammer 40k would be better and less like WoW

I understand, it maybe why they renamed the game to just WAR to cut down on the confusion that atleast I`ve obviously had.

lol

I used to play Warhammer 40k like mad with my friends... We would spend sooo much money on our pieces and then spend weeks painting them in fine detail and making large realistic looking battlefields. I really do miss it.

A 40k MMO would be completely sick, I can tell you that I would most certainly play it, without question!

There`s a shop here in Cardiff that I go past everyday that is literally wall-to-wall with the figures, castles and f`nailiure. Two or so large tables with scenes set out and there`s usually a crowd of peoples in there messing with the stuff.

Outside of the hobby they`d think em crazy I guess. But then people outside of pcs would think a number of us crazy.

hehe good luck to em imo.
