graphics card help!!!!

hey right iv had enough of playing simple games.. iv recently got a job and want to take my computer gaming to the next level i was recomended to get the ATI Radeon X1900XT ( http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/118218/rb/22700844788 )

thats all very well but i dont no if the card will fit into the slot provided

now im not to smart so try to put ur help as simple as possible please

if any one knows any sites at all where i would be able to find out what graphics card slot i have it would be much appreciated

What motherboard is your system using?

Get CPU-z and post us screenshots of the front page and the motherboard tab

You can upload screen grabs using the upload facility above and your user id

use cpu-z and take a screen shot of that

Download then run this

Take a screenie of the front tab and the motherboard tab then we can tell what board and CPU you have

i will take a pci-e card can we have a pick of the first screen as well

as it also depends on what cpu you have to suggest a card that will perform well

top of the market at the moment is the nvidia 8800 series

i would go for a dx 9 7900 gto or a dx 10 8800 gts
