Crappy stand and no VESA support. No thanks, Samsung; some of us are tall and don't care for ghetto solutions

Pretty. Lack of VESA is a shame but with glues these days it's not that fatal unless you want to resell them later. Seems to be getting more common as well which is a shame. I guess only a small percentage of users actually bolt their monitors to anything other than the original stand. Save some $$

I wouldn't have that much of a problem with the lack of VESA support, if the stand was at least height adjustable. I've been interested in a couple of Samsung monitors in the past, but they all seem to have the same problem: they think we're all 5'5". Meanwhile Asus, Dell, Acer etc. pulls off quality stands with proper adjustment options time and time again. It can't really be that hard if ALL of their competition is doing it, can it? :huh:

Love sniffing Loctite 406.

Your right though it's just a shame hard solvent abuse eventually leads to severe degradation of ebay listing skills.

Ha yeah I could have worded that better.

Side note - 406 is amazing stuff. I use it on my foam goalie gear.
