Nvidia Maxwell GM200 GPU Chip Caught on Camera

Nvidia's upcoming flagship GPU chip in the Maxwell series has been leaked online this afternoon. The chip will most likely be used in both the Quadro and the GeForce series lines with the Quadro potentially having 12GB on-board memory.

Apparently the photo came from a manufacturing lab where the GM200 is being produced in volume. The board also shows shows 24 Hynix H5GQ4H24MFR memory chips.

Interesting news, if to be true, but no other information is available as of yet. If we hear anything else, you'll be among the first to know.

My money is on Titan X.

Otherwise how will they be able to arrive at a ridiculous price tag for a later cut down 980Ti and justify it so easily like last time. "Look it's basically a £1200 card for £700"... give us the $$$$$$!

I bet it's the Titan , then they will release a cut down version ( 980 ti ) with 6 GB of VRAM, after someone has bought the "titan 2" for lots of money

And then after that they release the Titan II Black, Nvidia sure know how to milk.

I really hate the 980 Ti moniker... :(

This is probably the new Quadro, but it should be nearly identical to the new Titan. If anyone knows about this... its TTL playing coy ;)
