Driver Cleaner rip off...

I tried to get driver cleaner this morning. I couldnt find the free version so I had to pay $10 for it. The problem was they didnt give me a key to activate it. I sent them a email and I got this reply,

Ok so now its the afternoon and still no key, I did get another email though

"I will send this mail to the person that handles the money and he will start an investigation into this to see what is going on and if your not trying to get a free key."

Ok what I dont get is he can send me emails no prob but the key he cant send? My spamblocker is off, is this guy ripping me off?
