I closed the link after seeing a short bit of it, but I have to be honest, that looks brilliant.

That is way cool. I must say that guy has a good taste in lappies I wish I still had mine, I miss it, specially when I'm at my parents house (like right now) and I have to use my moms uber old ass desktop that I built for her like 5 years ago.

Thats @ her job iirc.

Frag, why not get a cheap Dell laptop? They can be found UBER cheap around the holidays.

We have an Inspiron B130 that just chills in the Livingroom for the family to use whenever. Pent. M 1.7GHz, 2x512 DDR2, 60GB, 15.4" Wide, XP Home. Works great. Even plays Call of Duty and GTA San Andreas @ Native Res, which is 1280x800 I think.

Cost like $550 a few months back. I'm sure you could pick up something similar for around the same price, that will go with you places and serve as a internetter/chatter.

Yeah I may have to look in to something like that, because not having a lappy is really starting to take its toll on me. I didn't realize exactly how much I used it on the road until I got rid of it :/

@Kemp: Yeah I built that beast for my moms office, wish she had it at the house because that compy flies pretty good.

My PII 333 laptop even serves me a nice purpose, with Linux on it.

I'm typing from it ATM actaully, laying in bed watchin TV

Sometimes you just dont feel like sitting at the computer desk, ya know? That and its really nice to type stuff up in bed, etc. I don't really bring it many places. Bringing it to school would be a bit risky, IMO. Some kids do bring them though. Mines kind of POS compared to them too.
