ASRock X99 Extreme 11 with 18 Sata ports

The X99 Chipset does support out of the box 10 Sata ports, if you need more the Extreme11 from Asrock is for you.
It features 18 sata Ports, 8 from a SAS Controller on the board, 10 from the chipset.

It also Features a 12phase power design and 2 M.2 slots.

Wow wow just no! This is aesthetically awful, what were ASRock thinking.. Mmmm X99.. 99... 9+9... Oh I know 18 SATA ports

its not even the board with the most Sata ports, they have an z97 one with 22...

That looks so damn dated. My aged 4 year old AM3+ motherboard looks more up to date then that. Looks like something you'd slap a core 2 extreme in...
-edit- maybe its designed more as a professional board as opposed to a looker.

This is how you fill HafStacker with 2mini modules xD

@barnsley Asrock doesn't really make boards for the looks, only their Killer and Fatal1ty series are gamer oriented and look more beautiful

Yo dawg, we heard you like SATA ports.

You could do some crazy RAID setup with it though.

Raid 0 and Raid 1 yes. I don't think that it could handle raid 5 or 6 that good

It can do Raid 0,1,5,10 so the standard stuff with the ports of the chipset, the other 8 ones can do Raid 0,1 on their own
