Future upgrading problem

Hi guys,

I have heard that GTX800 series are coming soon, probably September this year.

I'm currently using a i5-4570 + GTX660, I'm just wondering whether I need to upgrade my RM450 if I want to purchase a decent GTX800 series (most likely GTX860 or GTX870 if exist) later this year?

I will be using the system to play all the latest FPS games (which is most demanding).

Here is my system specs:

CPU: I5-4570
Cooling: Noctua NH-U12S
MB: Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 2*4G
Hard Drive 1: Samsung 840 Pro 128G
Hard Drive 2: Seagate 2TB SSHD
GPU: Gigabyte GTX660 OC
PSU: Corsair RM450
Case: NZXT Phantom 530
Case Fans: NZXT FZ200*3, FZ140*2, FZ120*1

Many thanks ~:D

I can't say for certain but if you were wanting to get an 860 or an 870, the wattage will probably be similar, if not the same, so I think you'll be pretty safe with the PSU you've got now. Of course I can't say for sure as nothing has actually been released as of yet.
