:eh: I would go the 'Fragtek way', and get an E6300... you can still hop-up the performance greatly and spend the saved dough on the PSU and a 7900 series videocard.
That said, I gotta start saving for an 8800GTX  When is ATI due to put out a DX10 GPU:eh:

Yup, great way to save some money to get a nice PSU and such would be to step down to the E6300 and then just clock it like mad. Easily be able to hit the speeds of E6600+ with the described setup.
