Looks alright I think I prefer the old design though it was more subtle.

Thanks you Tom for giving us a look around the board.Looks like i'll stick with my Z87-GD65.The Dragon heat sinks look better to me.Might try X99 for my next build,but we'll see.

I really really like this board. All of the gaming range looks very good. The mosfet heatsinks looks the dog's gonads. They are very tall though. I do like the pch heatsink on the z87 better than this new one. If I was in the market right now for a z97 board, it would be between the z97 gaming 7 and the maxi 7 formula. It's a tough call.
