After Blackberry, Palm Is Next On NTP's Hit List
NTP is claiming that Palm infringes on seven of its patents, five of which it successfully proved RIM had violated - to the tune of US$612.5 million. Do you think that technology patents and the contained intellectual property has become one huge 'grey area', where one can't help but infringe somewhere along the line? Feel free to comment...
