thats exactly right

OEM means no box, often no manuals, no driver cd, and sometimes a reeduced warranty

the oem says 2 years warranty and apparently it comes with drivers (i can just get them off the creative website) and im guessing i could get an online manual or even help off you guys if i cant slot it in right

Both the retail and OEM version come with a 2 year warranty, save yourself some cash and go OEM

Yeah OEM's usually the way to go. None of the cr@p like posters and stuff I got with my Fatal1ty!!
