ooooh. This card seems to be good from what I've read so far (a review by kitguru on the 290 version). The benches in that review put it on average at the same level as the 780 lightning, which is fair I guess. My only real complaint about these 'cards is that if they are anything like their 280x/270x toxic brethren they can be very power hungry. Also is it just me or does it look like a 7990 cooler?. What do you guys think? Will this be the saviour of the 290/x or is it nothing special?
