Very nice, super speed, but far too expensive. In australia they will be $850+. Ill get 2! 290's and put them under water for $1000. Much faster, looks better, quieter and less heat for not much more money. An easy choice. I was waiting until the 290x/290 and 780ti came out to decide and now the choice is easy. For anyone on water you would be crazy to pay $850 for one of these when a 290x on water is just as fast, quieter and cheaper for $250 less.

For those not on water the choice is much harder for sure! For single GPU a 780ti makes sense, but dual 290's on stock fan profiles are a serious contender.

Cheers mate!

it truly is an amazing card, and for anyone wanting to spend that kind of money for whatever reason its awesome!!

haven't watched the video yet, but ill save that for later, from what ive read, its not worth getting rid of my 780 classy for this, as my classy overclocks quite well, and isnt far off the FPS the Ti produces!

I'll take 2 please, Bob Lol, I wish.

I want to see what can be done with this card with overvolting! If it overclocks that well by just upping the power limit slider, then upping the volts must give even better results.

I do feel sorry for all the people that bought the Titan though, everything from the 780, 290/x and now the 780 Ti is just a slap in the face to the people that spent £800 on it.

I guess those who have the Titan have deep pockets though so they won't be bothered. Has anybody on this forum got a Titan? I don't think there is..?

Lol!

Edit: I'm sure Linus has a Titan in his rig now if I'm remembering his build log correctly.

Edit: Hahaha console fan boys using 720p on Ghosts. :')

I'm crapping bricks. It's 2am... can't sleep. For an AMD fanboy I really hate AMD and love NVIDIA right now.

Great review Tom. You've ruined life for me but none the less good review sir!

Being in aussie land i'm obviously new here but.....

I have a titanx2, but its not used for gaming in anyway, they also heavily hard modded. The 6gb of ram is put to good use. Am i annoyed its (gaming) performance is bested by the new crop of cards? Not really.

Ive used both nvidia and amd products at the high end. All my rigs are under water (or more) though so reference coolers/heat/noise are completely irrelevant to me.
