PLEASE tell me this is going to be a thing...

It's just talk as far as I can tell at the moment, but I would LOVE it if this were an actual thing. mATX form factor PCs seem to have not gotten much love at all in the way of stylish yet practical chassis, and something like this would be most welcome (especially to those like myself that needs a home for my Maximus IV Gene Z/Gen3) in what is otherwise a lacking market.

I mean obviously this pic looks photoshopped as fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu... still, I can dream...

EDIT: Huh... so if this is, in fact, a super elaborate hoax, Newegg is in on it as well...

No double posting. Use the edit button to add extra information to previous posts when no one has posted after you. You did it in your second post and you should have done it for your first.

Also, this is, as far as I know, going to be a thing. It's legit.

Should shorten the width of the window, unless the ROM tray is removable.

^ This. I prefer windows that show off the mobo area, not the entire inside of the case. If I had the money for this I'd probably just mod it and remove the drive bays entirely though.

I knew it before this.. the "300R Windowed" looked so Obsidian (650ish). just add
alloy to the front fascia and boomage, 350D . and on the heels of 900D, too...
ebb and flow.. ebb and flow..

Very interesting from Corsair, considering size this is bigger than some ATX cases on the market just now so it isn't exactly small. If it is true I might save myself the money and get this over the 650D.

A certain female reviewer here in the UK has one on it's way to her apparently, she mentioned it on Facebook yesterday, and then sharply changed the conversation.

A stunning little case if it does pan out to be legit.

This might be my next case, depending on how good Haswell is and if it's worth upgrading.

If a full ATX board can be shoehorned in then I'm the same, can't afford a whole new platform change to an Intel mATX just yet. Shame as i really think this looks right

I'm hoping you can get a ATX in there as well, I don't mind going mATX but i'd rather stick to ATX for OCing, seen as you can't OC with mATX boards.

It doesn't look like it tbh (ATX).

The way the GPUs are sandwiched is the first clue but more telling is the price, $100-$110. They're not going to cut their own throats IMO.

Bloody great idea though. I've never seen the point of ITX personally. If I'm spending tons on a PC I want it to have some presence and MATX was always small enough for me.

I thought mATX didn't support overclocking?

Though you could only do a slight OC using BLCK, but there is no voltage control? as far as I was aware anyway.
