Well if you have none of these parts then go with a 3570k over a 2500k, also I would recommend the MSI Z77Z G45 for a motherboard, If this is for gaming or just general usage then you only need 8gb or ram. I would not recommend 2 560ti's seeing as you can get 2 7850's for the same price. When it comes to ssd's stick to either Samsung or crucial. I recommend Western Digital over Seagate. Do you really need a blu ray writer? 1050 is MASSIVE MASSIVE overkill.

Thank you for your advice keep you posted, the uild will take some time because i'm new to this in involve load of research
forgot to mention the Heatsink a Thermalright HR-02 CPU Cooler

talking about the 670 its R5000-R600 in South Africa but its a awesome card just wise i had the money. i'm going with the 7850

o_O 2 560 Ti's are more expensive than a GTX670 surely (atleast where I am). probably even be better off with a 660 Ti than 2x 560 Ti's.

any card i choose must be x2 which means going with the gtx670 cost me (R10 000-R12 000) i want triple monitor configuration

the 600 euros is only for the gpu R6000 for two 7850s as shown on the site and the Gainward Phantom GTX560TI 2GB is about the same price
