I have $300 upcoming (USD) (possibly 400$) and want to buy some stuff for my pc/desk anything goes really I'm mostly looking for audio preferably headphones (not gaming headsets) and a soundcard for music and gaming. I'm open to seeing any suggestions on any items really currently I don't have a soundcard or headphones and my speakers aren't great. A keyboard would be a nice suggestion aswell but I'm set with my mouse and pad atm. I've been window shopping for a while now and can't really find anything to get set on and thought I might get some suggestions here

For speakers, Corsair SP2500 is really great! Check out Tom's review on them, they will really blow your mind!

As for a sound card, if you're looking for something really good, some guys in here will probably recommend something for you, when I bought the SP2500's I just figured anything other than the onboard audio card will be good, so I bought a fairly cheap Asus Xonar DS.. Very pleased with it, noticed a big difference in music, games and movies with my headset, and the audio in the speakers are really nice...

Consider it, for me it was one of the best purchases I have made for a really long time, I use it all the time.

The midrange Xonars are really nice if you have a spare PCI or 1x slot make shure to get the right one
