This will be a bit of a slow build so please be pateint with me.

My Cosmos wil be having a bit of a refresh ( few pics in Rig gallery )

I have started on a few bits for the inside panels as i will be hiding as much as poss.

Panels will be a mix of acrylic and alulinium, when they are done they will be covered in white carbon fibre vinyl.

Floor panel started, this bit has been taped for M4 allen head bolts so i can still get to the cables under the floor.

Top and bottom together last bit of drilling

Next panel is to cover the side of the bays, this has also been taped for M4 bolts so i can get to the bays if neaded and also three grills.

Still needs a bit of work on them

My plan for the inside before and after

Front will also have a peice of acrylic on the front with a grill

My cd/rom will be covered with a faceplate so i have added a switch to it so i might fit the switch on the front of the acrlic

This to cover the front

Some bits i have,Aquatube and cd cover

Some other bits i have, still waiting for some so i wil post some more when i get them

Aquaero will have the black faceplate, have loads of fittings to play withand i will be using 10mm plastic clear tubing and some nice SLI fittings.

Thats where i am at the mo please be pateint with me i will get there.

Thanks for looking

Thanks for the replys,much appreciated

Pic of my fittings i have to play with

Me being a bit of a noob i ordered some 10mm clear tube thinking it wil fit my SLI fittings but they dont.

Bitspower tube is a bit pricey so ive ordered some 12mm and 13 mm clear tube to see if they will do the job.

If not will have to save some pennies and get the bitspower ones.

Thanks for looking

Small update not much im afraid.

New face plate on my Aquaero

Also got a power adjust face plate but wont be using the modules you can get for these.

Carefully drilled the three holes on the front a bit bigger for three 3mm red leds

Got an old zalman fan controller and took some bits off

Controller fitted to the back of the unit, the leds will run off this.

Couple of pics of the units together

Thats where i am at the mo soon be time to strip the case for a rebuild.
