RADEON 4890 stops boot

I have a 4890 here.

When the system boots up it shows the MOBO screen for 2 secs then blank screen.

The graphics card fan goes to 100% and the CPU fan stop starts.

The card has 4 lights on it. Only 34 lit up. ( Ill tell you what ones are lit up in a few mins)

Anyone know anything?
