Hey guys,

I was just curious as to whether the Corsair GT is worth the extra cash over the Corsair Force 3? They seem to have the exact same speeds, except one is red?

Thanks in advance!

I have a Corsair Force 3 and I am really happy with its performance so far. The GT will obviously be faster by a few seconds/milliseconds in some applications/loading times, so if you want an extra bit of speed get the GT, otherwise a Force 3 is still a capable drive. However in real world usage, I doubt you would notice a difference if tested at the same time.

I believe the Force GT series has better memory controller and better handeling of flash memory degradation. That extra speed is pretty much neglible if you're not going to be testing for absolute results. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
