No Streaming Video Playback

I`ve been trying to troubleshoot this problem all night!

I suddenly can`t playback streaming video, sound is OK ... here`s the link I`ve been trying to use:

Have tried other known good links but nowt there neither :\

Was using WMP10, rolled back to 9 but no good. Graphics card is a GeForce 5200Ultra ... changed current cosher drivers to current Beta (84.43) but no help there.

Wayhay, doesn`t matter, I`ve sussed it

I must have at some clicked under options > performance > and instead of Detect conection speed, I had clicked the one underneath which defaults to 28.8k modem ... I`m slightly better conected to the net than that
