Which settings is best at overclocking? All I have done is to change the voltage and multiplier. Bus frequency is 103MHz and the multiplier is 46.

You don't really have to change any other settings, the voltage and multi is all you need to do.

You can enable Load line calibration to prevent v droop if you want but that's only useful if you can't get a stable overclock

You could also disable speedstep and turbo boost so you that you have a constant 4.6ghz overclock rather than it going up and down depending on what you are doing.

Thats about it, nothing else to be done apart from manually setting your RAM timings and voltage.
