I was watching a vid on Gamespot and they showed this site

It lists and has available for download all the latest mods available for Skyrim as well as their own tool for creating mods yourself, if you know how to do that sort of thing.

Should be interesting to see what mods appear over the coming months

With all those mods the game looks a lot better than it does strait out of the box and looks like the settings of the .ini Cyanide89 posted in the Skyrim screenshots thread, but without the loss of performance.
