PC turns on, shuts down, turns on?

It turns on for 5 secs and then just shuts down, and after a second it turns on again, what could it be? Just assembled it today this is only my second rig that i build, i checked every connection everything fits, and yes i remembered mobo standoffs and all that crap

Have you checked the memory config? Sometimes it shuts down if it can't run the memory at that speed and then changes the memory config until it can boot.

Push/hold start button until it turns off.Pull powercord from psu.Then hold startbutton for 10sec.Plugin again,and start normally.Works for me
