I wonder how good the fans are? Would they be better than the Corsair fans on the H100? Would they be quiet? If they are quiet with good CFM I will replace all my 120MM fans with the Vortex fan.

Nice gear. I looked at stats, compared to Noctua and I need help.

Cougar V12-HP http://www.cougar-world.com/products...ortex-pwm.html shows:

Air pressure @ 12V (mm H2O) = 2.2

(Noise = 17.9d

Noctua NF-P12 http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=p...2&lng=en&set=1 shows:

Static Pressure = 1,68 mm H2O

(Acoustical Noise) = 19,8 dB(A)

Does their air(Cougar stat) & static(Noctua stat) pressure mean the same thing. The result is closer than the other stats by lots? or doesn't cougar show the static?

Thanks

Found a vid on these fans (also good if you are interested in push pull on the H100) and it looks like they do what they say on the box 70 CFM @ 17.3 DB

Skip to 7:21 if you just want to hear what the fans sound like but you get a good look at them from the beginning.

well that's not that unusual the enermax magma 120 mm is 69cfm at 19db and there about £8. I find noctuas fans so over priced.

The noise ratings to air flow is not 100% accurate, so I'm guessing there gunna be pretty loud and move a decent amount of air.
