Just Looking for safe OC settings for my Build

I am looking for some advice on settings to OC this build with out stressing stability of system, I will admit this is my 1st time attempting to Over Clocking.

best thing to do is spend as much time as you can reading threads like this 1 because the info you want is there you just need to know its contents. once you read thru it a few times you will see whats worked for others and have a rough idea what will work for you.

overclocking isnt a science its more like cooking and just like no 2 streaks fry the same no 2 cpu oc the same. just like 1 peice of meat might need a minute or so more than another to be perfect one cpu might need a little more (or less) voltage than another to be stable at the same speed.

once you know your blk from ddr and have tried to change it your self we can help you when your stuck but to try and just pluck speeds and voltages out of thin air is like trying to knit fog. if you want a stable system without putting in the graft of ocing just leave it stock mate as no overclocked system is stable till you have stressed it you know.
